FG2100

FG2100 inverter is a series of general purpose, high performance and current vector-controlled inverter recently developed by WindSun. They are primarily used for controlling and regulating the speed of three-phase AC asynchronous motors. High performance vector control and low-speed high torque output technologies used in addition to the original FG2000 provide this series with good dynamic characteristics, super over-load capacity and communication bus function. It supports various functional extension boards, with powerful combined functions and stable performance. They are used for driving various automatic equipment in textile, paper making, wire forming, packaging, food, air flower, pump and other fields. As a highly integrated solution for equipment manufacturers and end users, this series is of great help for lowering system purchase and operation cost and increasing system reliability.

Digit input   channels

5 input   channels for programmable digital quantity; of which, 1 channel supports high   speed pulse up to 100kHZ.

Analog input   channels

2 input   channels for analog signals: 1 at 0~10V and 1 at 0~10V/0~20mA, which can be   shifted.

Extension   capacity:

5 input   channels for digital quantities; and 1 channel for analog input that supports   -10~10V voltage input and PT100/PT1000.

Output functions

 

Digit output channels

1 channel for open collector output, 1 channel for relay output,   1 channel for 0~20 kHZ pulse output (which may be set as open collector   output)

Analog output channels

1 channel for analog signal output at 0~10V/0~20 mA, which can   be switched

Extension capacity:

1 Chanel for digital quantity output; 1 channel for relay output   terminal; 1 channel for analog quantity output and supporting 0~20 mA current   output or 0~10 V voltage output
