Motor test power supply

Digital motor test power supply is a new generation of new motor test power supply system developed by WindSun Science & Technology Co., Ltd. to meet the market demand for motor test. The power supply system has the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, multi-purpose, and easy operation. It can carry out the factory test and type test of various motors such as DC motors, ordinary AC asynchronous motors, synchronous motors, and variable frequency motors.

The test power of digital motor is a new generation of brand-new motor test power system successfully developed by WindSunto meet the market demand of motor test. The power system has the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, multipurpose, convenient operation and the like, and can be used for factory tests and type tests of various motors such as direct current motors, common alternating current asynchronous motors, synchronous motors, variable frequency motors and the like.

It must meet the requirements of national standards for motor test power, and can complete all electrical performance test items of high and low voltage power frequency AC asynchronous motors and high and low voltage frequency conversion motor.
It can meet the requirements of common AC asynchronous motor, synchronous motor, variable frequency motor, DC motor and other motors for test power, and can output sine wave, two-level PWM wave, three-level PWM wave, multi-level (or multiple) PWM wave and other waveforms according to the test requirements so as to meet the test of common motor and variable frequency motor.
One power is used for supplying power so as to realize the temperature rise test of the motor by the frequency superposition method, and the operation is very simple.
The current harmonics at the input side can meet the requirements of relevant national standards, and there is no need to install power factor compensation and harmonic suppression devices.
The power adopts standardized module combination and can adopt redundant structure according to the requirement.
The power adopts a multi-machine parallel structure, each single machine can be used as an independent power, and multiple machines can be operated in parallel, so that the working efficiency can be improved to the maximum extent, and expansion can be conveniently carried out; multiple machines are connected in parallel with large output power and current, so that it can meet the requirements of locked-rotor test for high-power motors and coasting method short-circuit test for large synchronous motors. The maximum capacity can reach 2*10MVA.
Each single machine in the power adopts a common DC busbar and can be towed by two machines, and it is the best load operation mode in the motor test.
